Neon Breach Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Game preferences, hero unlocks, currency balances, and settings are stored locally on the device. Neon Breach includes optional rewarded advertising and in-app purchases provided by third-party platform services.

Data collection

Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, advertising data, diagnostics, performance data, and interaction data to provide, secure, measure, and limit advertising. The game requests applicable advertising consent and offers ad privacy controls in Settings. Rewarded ads are optional.

Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchase and transaction information when a player buys Breach Shards. Neon Breach receives purchase confirmation needed to grant the purchased item, but does not receive the player's full payment-card information.

Neon Breach does not include a developer-operated account system, developer-operated analytics service, or cloud save in the current release. The developer does not sell personal information.

Children's privacy

Neon Breach is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising and store services may apply additional age-related restrictions.

Future changes

This policy may be updated when game features or third-party services change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
